ORDER PROCESSING 
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and packed. Delivery times given are after shipment of the order, not from the time of order placed. We aim to despatch orders within 24hrs but please allow up to 1-2 working days in case of busy periods.

SHIPPING 
Shipping depends on the total weight and volume of the item(s) in each order. Items not exceeding 1 kg will be sent as a small parcel in a post. All small parcels, at flat rate, are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail Postal Service (untracked), all items that wish to be tracked need to be ordered via 1st classed tracked at checkout.

UK flat rate orders usually arrive 3-5 working days after despatch.

Orders placed with Tracked Shipping will be sent full tracking information to the email address or phone number provided with the purchase.

Orders sent via Courier will be sent full tracking information to the email address or phone number provided with the purchase.

Larger/Heavy & High-Value items as standard will be shipped via courier with full tracking information to the email address or phone number provided with the purchase.

UK & International shipping will be sent via Royal Mail 
For UK Courier Orders: DPD/DPD Local if your order is despatched via DPD/DPD Local you will receive despatch notifications. 
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
We ship worldwide. All International packages may require additional processing time. HolisticDarling is not responsible if there are any additional fees or taxes incurred by the customer's local government/customs when importing.

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES 
At this time Holistic Darling cannot ship to a PO Box addresses.

NATIONAL/BANK HOLIDAYS 
If an order is placed on a National or Bank Holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
